Measure oxygen consumption, oxygen extraction fraction (OEF)

Prior OEF mapping requires use of various oxygen-related gas manipulation in positron emission tomography (PET, left) or MRI, which are difficult to perform. QSM based OEF (right) enables manipulation-free mapping in routine MRI.
